Tricolor quinoa with shiitake mushrooms and hazelnuts

You will surely know about quinoa and its properties, but maybe you did not know everything else that can be done with it. A dish that will captivate you with its colour, flavour and the different textures of its ingredients. Ingredients: quinoa, shiitake, hazelnuts, carrots, leeks, chives, kale … and nothing else. Allergens: May contain traces of celery. Contains hazelnuts.

Cooking instructions:

Iconos Quinoas 01
In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and add the content of the tray. Stir it for 1 min.

Add 900 ml of hot water and 7 g of salt (or to taste).

Once it starts to boil, cook on medium/high heat for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave it stand for 5 minutes.
*For one person, the amounts are approximately 65 g of our quinoa and 275 ml of water. Remember to shake the tray before to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
