Pour the content of the tray into a saucepan.

Add 1.5 l of hot water, 7 g of salt (or to taste) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

When it begins to boil, cover the saucepan and cook it for 30 minutes at medium heat.
*For one person, the amounts are approximately 55 g of our Lentils and 450 ml of water. Remember to shake the tray before to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
