Julienne soup

Our first recipe: the most traditional soup. A mixture of vegetables to prepare a soup quickly, easily and simply with all the flavour of the most traditional cuisine.

Ingredients: carrot, potato, parsnips, leeks, onions, cabbage, celery, parsley … and nothing else.

Allergens: May contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard, hazelnuts and sulphites. Celery is an allergen product.

Cooking instructions:

Iconos Sopas 01
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetables (12.5 g) into a stew pot.

Add 1/2 l of hot water, 2 g of salt (or to taste) and 1 tablespoons of oil.

When it starts to boil, cook on medium/high heat for 25 minutes.
*To cook the whole tray, use 3 l of water and 16 g of salt (or to taste).
