Quinoa has many properties and we have used it to prepare this vegan soup: original, fun and very tasty – with 100% natural ingredients.

Ingredients: quinoa, red lentil, onion, potato, tomato, red pepper, leek … and nothing else

Cooking instructions:

1.

Iconos Sopas 01
Pour 25 g of quinoa soup into a stew pot (2.5 tablespoons).

Add 375 ml of water and 2 g of salt (or to taste) and 1 tablespoon of oil.

When it starts to boil, cook on medium/high heat for 20-25 minutes.
*To cook the whole tray, use 3 l of water and 16 g of salt (or to taste).
