Tricolor quinoa

Our Tricolour Quinoa has its origins in Bolivia and Peru. It combines different textures, flavours and properties due to mixing white quinoa (softer), red (with more energy and nutrients) and black (crispier) to add a note of colour to your dishes.

Ingredients: tricolor quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa).

Allergens: May contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard, hazelnuts and celery.

Iconos Condimentos Quinoa
Cook the quinoa using 2 parts of water for one part of grain. Add salt, leave it on medium heat for about 20 minutes until the water disappears and the quinoa grain has doubled its volume and released its white germ. It is not necessary to wash the quinoa, as it has been previously washed.
Suggestions
