In accordance with the provisions on data protection, PRODUCTOS TREVIJANO, S.L. (hereinafter, TREVIJANO) determines users of this website must be over 14 years old as an indispensable requirement to access this website. If you have accessed this website and you are under 14 years old, you should not provide any personal details. You are responsible for the truthfulness of any information you provide. In the event of TREVIJANO discovering that you do not meet the aforementioned age requirement, we are entitled to ignore your request for information. Under no circumstances will data on a minor’s professional or economic situation be compiled, nor any information concerning private details about their family members, without consent by the latter.

Contact: the data you send us when filling in our contact forms on this website or by e-mail will be used to reply to your request for information.

Commercial communication: if you subscribe to our newsletter, your e-mail address will be used to send you commercial communication through our provider Mailchimp ®, and this involves international data transfer.

Selection processes: if you send us your CV or register for job vacancies through our website portal, your data will be kept in our job bank in order to include you in job offers that match your profile. We will process your data in order to assess your suitability and manage your job application.

Contractual compliance: the data you provide us with as a customer, supplier or employee will be used in order to comply with the contractual relations we enter into with you. The data you provide us with when registering in our on-line store will be used to manage your purchases, to ship the products to you, to comply with invoicing, accounting and business auditing requirements, to perform statistical analysis and to verify credit cards and other payment methods such as bank transfers.

Selection processes: the data you provide will be kept until the job vacancy has been filled or until you request erasure of your data.

Contractual compliance: the data you provide will be kept for the time necessary to comply with the described purpose of the contract, and will be stored for the period the organisation’s liabilities continue stemming from processing in accordance with applicable regulations.

Contact – Commercial Communication: the following companies will have access to the personal data necessary to carry out their functions as data processors, but they may not use the data for any other purposes. By using the services on this platform for e-mailing marketing campaigns, subscription management and sending out newsletters, you must be aware that Mailchimp’s servers are located outside the EU, in the USA and that it has signed the EU-US Privacy Shield, whose information is available here, as approved by the European Data Protection Board. Google Analytics: a website analytics service provided by Google Inc., a Delaware company with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States of America (“Google”). You must be aware that Google’s servers are located outside the EU, in the USA and that it has signed the EU-US Privacy Shield, whose information is available here. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files located in your computer which help us to analyse how users use our website. Selection Processes: your data may be transferred to other TREVIJANO group companies and to Temporary Employment Agencies.

Contractual Compliance: Your data may be transferred for the purposes of executing the contract and compliance with legal regulations applicable to:

9. Commercial communication via electronic channels

TREVIJANO hereby informs you about compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11th July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and shall not carry out SPAM practices. Consequently, we will ask for your consent for processing your e-mail address or mobile telephone number for commercial purposes as and when required. 

9. Commercial communication via electronic channels

TREVIJANO reserves the right to amend its privacy policy or conditions for using its services in order to adapt it to current legislation, or other reasons. When this happens, we will inform you about any changes and ask you to read the most recent version of our Privacy Policy, and if you agree, you should accept such. We guarantee absolute confidentiality and privacy in regard to the personal details we compile, and to ensure this we have implemented the relevant security measures in order to avoid any unauthorised alteration, loss, processing or access, and thus guarantee the integrity, availability and security over the data. Nevertheless, TREVIJANO will not be liable for any incidents that arise in regard to personal data when this is caused by an unauthorised attack or access to the system which is impossible to detect or prevent, even when implementing security measures in line with the current state of the art.
