Mediterranean risotto

Trevijano’s Mediterranean Risotto brings you the taste of the best ingredients from the Mediterranean market gardens, dehydrated at their peak moment and with no additives.

This Risotto recipe includes dried tomato, courgette, garlic, black olives, onion, oregano and, of course, rice. Nothing else.

A careful mix of vegetables and spices which will always be ready in your larder to prepare a delicious Risotto with all the flavours of our gastronomy. You just have to sauté the contents of the tray gently and gradually add hot water, stirring continuously, until you get the desired texture and consistency.

A simple, healthy meal option whose taste and creamy texture will astound you. Nobody will believe it took you less than 30 minutes to make this dish!

Ingredients: rice, tomato, zucchini, garlic, olives, onion, oregano … and nothing else.

Cooking instructions:

Iconos Risottos 01
In a saucepan, heat two tablespoons of olive oil and add the content of the tray. Stir it for 1 min.

Add 7 g of salt (or to taste). If you want, you can also add 50 ml of white wine and let it evaporate.

Add about 750 ml of hot water little by little whilst stirring until it is smooth and “al dente” (at medium heat for about 25 minutes).

Remove from the heat and, if you like, mix it with Parmesan cheese.
*For one person, the amounts are approximately 95 g of our Risotto and 300 ml of water. Remember to shake the tray before to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
